By downloading, installing, or using "The Municipal Bank Mobile Application," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. This policy applies to all users of our mobile banking services.

Usage of the application implies a legal binding between the user and The Municipal Co-Op Bank Ltd. as per the IT Act 2000 and subsequent amendments.

Your privacy is of paramount importance to us. The Municipal Co-Op Bank Ltd. is committed to protecting your personal and financial information. We collect and use information only on a "need-to-know" basis to deliver and improve our banking services.

Information may be disclosed only under the following circumstances:

• When mandated by law or regulatory authorities (RBI, Statutory auditors).
• To protect the bank's rights, property, or safety.
• To enforce our terms of use or protect users from fraud and cybersecurity threats.
• When the user has provided explicit consent for third-party verification.

Users explicitly authorize the bank to share account-related information with other financial institutions, credit bureaus (CIBIL, etc.), and designated agencies for the purposes of credit reporting, risk management, and statutory verification.

We do not sell our customers' personal data to third-party marketing agencies. All data sharing is conducted within a secure, encrypted framework.

The security of your mobile banking account also depends on your diligence. Users are strictly responsible for:

• Maintaining the absolute confidentiality of their MPIN, App Password, and OTPs.
• Reporting any suspicious activity or unauthorized transactions immediately via our helpline.
• Ensuring their mobile device is protected with updated security software and is not "jailbroken" or "rooted."
• Downloading the application only from official stores (Play Store / App Store).

While we strive to provide accurate and real-time information, the bank does not warrant the 100% accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of the content provided via the mobile application. Users are advised to verify all critical transaction details and act at their own risk.

The bank shall not be liable for any disruptions in service caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunication failures, internet outages, or scheduled maintenance windows.
