Important Guidelines

  • Service is available for all Savings, Current, and Cash Credit account holders.
  • Only the mobile number registered with the bank can access this facility.
  • If multiple accounts are linked to the same number, the balance of the primary account will be sent.
  • Ensure you have sufficient network coverage to receive the balance SMS.
